Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Director to lead complex customer-facing projects.

This is a high-profile project management position responsible for coordinating and completing large, complex projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects through their complete life cycle to ensure goals are met for both the client and stakeholders.
  • Delivering engineering professional services for assigned projects, including custom board enablement and delivery of Ubuntu images.
  • Developing project statements of work, drafting and maintaining project schedules, and obtaining client agreement.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within time, resources, and scope expectations, managing risk mitigation and plans, and driving technical issues to desired delivery outcomes.
  • Maintaining daily and weekly communication with clients and internal stakeholders, managing delivery schedules, and keeping stakeholders informed of project status.
Qualifications:
  • Solid project management experience delivering engineering services to customers, managing software development teams and field engineers.
  • Experience successfully managing projects with cross-cultural and multi-continent resources, preferably in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Educational degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math, with good knowledge of Linux and computer architecture.
  • Excellent communications skills, strong leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with experience building successful partnerships and working relationships.
