Job Description

Drive the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat as a Marketing Manager.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

You'll work directly with the founder to shape the strategy, create the systems, and drive the results that will bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Establish a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize video and photo content into Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiar with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • An excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
