Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve managing the firm's marketing activities, content creation, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, marketing coordination, and project management. They will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates.

Additionally, they will work with vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and coordinate with the CEO/Owner to align content with brand voice and business goals.

This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong writing skills, proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of SEO and social media engagement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates.
  • Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts according to the marketing calendar.
  • Work with vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the CEO/Owner to align content with brand voice and business goals.
Requirements:
