Marketing Specialist Opportunity

This Marketing Specialist position is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about strategic marketing. Key responsibilities include coordinating proposal efforts, developing compelling content, and producing high-quality marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Coordination: Manage end-to-end proposal and RFP coordination, including content gathering, design, and timely submission.
  • Content Development: Develop engaging narratives, visuals, and layouts for client proposals and presentations.
  • Marketing Materials: Create brochures, capability statements, and digital assets that reflect the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Business Development: Support business development by tracking leads, managing CRM data, and generating insights via platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in architecture, design, or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, or marketing automation.
  • CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
