Marketing & Brand Specialist Role

This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of digital marketing execution and brand design ownership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets, building and optimizing HubSpot campaigns, and reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month with engaging content and consistent branding.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to drive results.
  • Report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth.

Content Creation:

  • Create and publish at least 8 social posts per month with a mix of thought leadership and client brand content.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to create engaging video content.
  • Write, format, and publish one blog post per month to the website.
  • Produce one case study per month with input from the delivery team.

Brand & Design:

  • Deliver 6-12 creative assets per month, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, and merchandise.
  • Maintain a high-quality brand asset library and ensure all visuals are aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, such as pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube.
  • Recommend one idea per month for optimization or creative experimentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, with a focus on HubSpot and campaign setup.
  • Design expertise in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to write and format engaging content.
  • Lead operations knowledge, with the ability to research leads and score them for sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and suggest improvements.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

  • This is a remote role that requires independent contractor engagement.
  • Candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile.
