Expert Digital Marketing Professional

As a highly skilled digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced candidate who can develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy across all channels, including social media, search engines, email, and more.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and track results to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Present ideas and plans confidently to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels that capture and nurture leads effectively.
- Optimize conversion rates across the entire funnel by analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs, in collaboration with internal or external creatives as needed.
- Manage and repurpose content across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content integration and execution.
- Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization, using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Develop and schedule content calendars across multiple platforms to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve creative and targeting based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
- Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot, to gather and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and meeting business objectives.
- Expert-level skills in HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing, as well as advanced understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A portfolio showcasing tangible results delivered, demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and campaign execution.
- Strong potential for career growth and management of small marketing teams.
