Overall, a person who is responsible for driving sales growth, fostering customer loyalty and contributing to the company's overall success.
Role:
- Generate Sales by identifying and converting potential customer
- Customer market research, and customer relationship management
- Achieving Sales Target meeting sales quota and targets
- Product Knowledge of products and services being sold to effectively communicate their value to customer
- Follow up regularly with the potential customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prospecting, Sales presentation, Negotiation, Customer support and reporting sales activities
- Find potential new clients
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the market
- Sales Executives need to build rapport and trust with clients to establish long-term partnerships.
- Working towards and achieving individual and team sales goals and targets.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Must have strong attention to details
- Can communicate well verbally
