Job Title: Appointment Setter (B2B) – Office-Based


As a key member of our team, the Appointment Setter (B2B) plays a vital role in driving business growth through effective lead engagement and appointment scheduling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in the B2B sector, fostering meaningful connections and building rapport with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess potential fit, ensuring that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments between prospective clients and the sales team, streamlining the lead generation process and enhancing collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in our system, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Follow up on warm leads and manage the appointment pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-through.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads, promoting consistency and efficiency in our sales process.
  • Track performance metrics and report on appointment setting results, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role in B2B, demonstrating a strong track record of success in lead engagement and appointment scheduling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive approach that resonates with potential clients.
  • Ability to understand and explain our company's services to potential clients, showcasing our unique value proposition and differentiators.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, adapting to fast-paced environments and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, office-based environment, thriving in a collaborative and supportive team culture.
