Job Overview

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Development Sales Leader to join our team.

About the Role

The District Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving 100% of district sales targets, expanding the district's customer base, and implementing effective sales strategies through professional relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in assigned districts by increasing the number of buying accounts
  • Implement product mix selling of both manufactured and distributed products using long-term customer relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from any four-year course
  • Proven experience in construction-related product sales, preferably two years of supervisory experience in marketing or sales
  • Ability to handle existing accounts and create new ones
  • Willingness to work full-time in the field and possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable about general trade (hardware stores) clients and their needs
