We are a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Associate to join our team in Alabang and Quezon City sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Science/Nutrition/Dietetics, Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, or Psychology.

Fresh Graduates / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent are welcome to apply. Required skill(s): Customer Service Representative (not necessarily call center).

Required language(s): English.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  2. Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and provide support when needed.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Benefits

This is a full-time post with flexible/shifting schedules and ASAP availability.

Educational background: Graduate, Vocational 2 years grad, Associate grad, or completed at least 2 years in college (non-negotiable).

Location(s): Alabang and Quezon City sites.

Work arrangement: Onsite.

Salary Package and Benefits: P16,000 to P17,000 basic pay plus P1,000 allowance.
