We are actively seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative/ Patient Service Representative (PSR) in Philippine. Location: Philippine
Timing: US Central Timings
Role and Responsibilities:- You will be scheduling/canceling the appointments.
- Recalling patients to schedule future appointments.
- Responding to patients via email or live chat and helping them connect with the provider.
- Completing patient files in the EMR system and uploading documents before their first appointment.
- Communicating with other team members to forward requests and resolve patient concerns regarding any department.
- As the first interaction with the patient, it is important to have good communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to provide the best experience.
- Experience in a US/UK based call center for healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- English (Compulsory)
