Your Role

As a Medical Billing Specialist at Manpower Core Group Inc., your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our patients receive timely and accurate billing information. You will handle inbound calls related to billing questions, collect patient payments for outstanding bills, and communicate with our Patient Financial Services team to resolve claim denials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding their medical bills and provide clear explanations of their account balances.
  • Utilize a virtual payment terminal to collect payments from patients and post transactions to their accounts.
  • Communicate with our Patient Financial Services team to verify eligibility of patient insurance plans when claims are denied due to incorrect payor information or terminated/active plans.
