Position Overview

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative (Healthcare). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working closely with our healthcare clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include data verification, medical billing follow-ups, and document management, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and contribute to a productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient demographic details, insurance eligibility, and benefits information through outbound calls to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor unpaid claims and pending appeals, requesting necessary records or denial documentation as needed, and updating account information in our management system.
  • Organize and maintain medical, demographic, and billing records, ensuring files are properly named and stored in our internal systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or outbound (non-sales) roles.
