We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient support and providing expertise in medical claims and insurance verification.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on various healthcare-related topics.
  • Assist with appointment setting, treatments, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with doctors' offices to secure authorization.
  • Analyze and resolve patient disputes.
  • Collect accurate insurance information and verify benefits and eligibility.

Requirements

  • Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
  • For individuals with a Medical Allied background, a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required.
  • Ability to work in an onsite setup and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
