We are Sagility, a healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join our team as Clinical Support Specialists.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our patients and their families. Your role will involve working closely with our clinical teams to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in direct patient care or BPO healthcare experience. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an allied field, such as psychology, pharmacy, or physical therapy. You will also need to have at least 10 months of experience in direct patient care or 1 year of BPO experience handling healthcare member calls.
