Remote Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to support our client's customer service initiatives. As a key member of the team, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
- Document interactions and process claims accurately.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
- Previous call center experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
