Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services to customers.
  • Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive to analyze customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Typing Speed: at least 40WPM with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
