Job Overview:

Elevate your leadership skills as an Executive Team Supervisor, overseeing the performance of remote Virtual Assistants and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, fostering collaboration and ensuring each member understands their goals and has the resources needed to succeed.
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs, meeting regularly to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms, and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
