Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Associate Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing performance, extending support and strengthening relationships within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor Performance: Identify and address risks to meeting contractual KPIs such as Service Level, Abandonment %, Line Adherence, Handling Capacity, and SIR in real-time.
  2. Extend Support: Make real-time call-outs on performance and staffing levels to team leaders for appropriate action. Coordinate offline activities and prepare end-of-day performance analysis reports.
  3. Strengthen Relationships: Follow up and ensure effective communication of callouts on non-adherence.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators: Average Handling Time, Service Level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic 24/7 work environment, including working nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
  • People management skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in driving improvements and resolving issues.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and team members.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives effectively.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Senior professionals with at least 12 months of tenure in their current level can apply.
  • Senior professionals with an annual performance rating exceeding most or above in the last performance cycle can apply.
  • Lead professionals with an annual performance rating meeting all or above in the last performance cycle can apply.
  • This position is open to professionals across any department.
  • The selected employee must be released within 30 days from the date of announcement or agreed date as confirmed by the hiring program, whichever falls later.
