
Support Professional for Senior Leadership

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Support Professional to provide senior leadership with exceptional administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders worldwide, helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
This role requires efficient management and coordination of schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives. The successful candidate will also plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations as needed, ensuring timely communication and documentation to support executive tasks.
About the Role
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely reminders.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for executives, considering factors such as location, climate, and cultural norms.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep executives informed and up-to-date on important matters.
- Prioritize tasks to optimize executive time and productivity, aligning with their objectives and goals.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and provide personalized assistance to executives, leveraging technology and resources to enhance their work experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other relevant software applications.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure, with a growth mindset and adaptability.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with executives and colleagues.
