Responsibilities include assisting the claims department with the claims process, handling administrative tasks efficiently, providing top-notch customer service via various channels, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
