Position: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Onsite – Mandaluyong

Schedule: Day Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Australian Client)

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer concerns, from refunds and cancellations to technical support, via calls and emails
  • Translate technical jargon into clear, simple explanations
  • Keep customers updated by tracking progress in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Solve what you can and escalate complex issues to the right team
  • Record everything accurately to ensure smooth handovers

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service/contact center experience
  • Strong English communication skills—written and spoken
  • Ability to make technical concepts simple and customer-friendly
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple interactions with ease

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Australian, US, or UK-based companies
  • Background in project-based industries (telecom, construction, logistics)
  • Interest in renewable energy or tech products
