Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to manage and build relationships with key accounts in the network marketing segment.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing relationships with key accounts, identifying and targeting potential merchants, developing strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain existing relationships with key accounts in the network marketing segment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and target potential merchants in the key segment to drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new business, create compelling value propositions tailored to merchants, and improve overall customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales performance, and account activity.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build customer trust at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to merchants.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in tracking customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of the fintech and network marketing industries is preferred, but not required.
