Job Title: Key Account Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key customer accounts, develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with senior-level customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop sales plans, and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer businesses, industries, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, market research, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
