We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generator.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a qualified sales pipeline and booking discovery calls by owning inbound first responses and executing disciplined outbound outreach across both brands. This will involve managing all inbound leads, running outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling, qualifying prospects against agreed criteria, capturing detailed notes, and setting clear next steps. Additionally, the candidate will need to personalize outreach by persona and brand, ensuring consistency with brand tone, maintain CRM accuracy including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging, collaborate with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content, and provide weekly reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred) with strong objection-handling abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools
