As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting potential customers with our sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Scheduling consultations between contacts and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately capturing information into our system
- Representing the company professionally during conversations with contacts

- Delivering reports efficiently and on time
- Contributing to process-improvement initiatives
- At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or similar roles;
- Exceptional listening and verbal communication skills
- A stable internet connection
- A professional and quiet workspace
- An ability to adapt to graveyard shifts
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible
- Highly professional
- Willing to go above and beyond to achieve desired outcomes
