Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our organization. As a Business Development leader, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our goals.

Your primary focus will be on researching and identifying potential clients through targeted business development events and activities. You will also engage with potential clients to promote our solutions and create leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential clients and researching their needs
  • Engaging with potential clients to promote our solutions
  • Qualifying leads and creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline
  • Promoting our products and services during targeted business development events and activities
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to review sales goals and present ideas for new business ventures. Additionally, you will assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and recommendations for future growth strategies.

  • Knowledge of military planning processes, defense procurement procedures, and government contracting requirements (a plus)

The successful candidate will be a team player who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals regardless of position on the team.

They must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for technology and military applications. A proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field is essential.
