Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales while working with cutting-edge software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers using various tools and databases
  2. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social media platforms
  3. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
  5. Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
  6. Present our SaaS solution's value proposition effectively
  7. Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  8. Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  9. Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  10. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales
  • Understanding of software solutions and business applications
  • Experience with lead generation tools and prospecting methodologies
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
