Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This involves researching and analyzing industry trends, as well as developing strategies to increase revenue growth.

  • Researching and identifying potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
  • Building and maintaining a database of prospects, including key decision-makers.
  • Analyzing business directories, trade shows, and online resources to identify leads.
  • Conducting light introductions and scheduling meetings for account executives.
  • Gathering insights to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Partnering closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
  • Providing regular updates and metrics on outreach and appointment-setting performance.
  • Suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize lead generation and appointment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using data scraping tools and conducting online research.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Self-starter and results-driven attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
