Key Account Strategist - Commerce

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the success and growth of B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. Your focus will be on executing partner strategies, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner success plans that maximize partner satisfaction, drive adoption of additional travel products, and increase overall revenue performance.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within our organization.
  • Promote adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Analyze data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a significant advantage.
