Job Title: Patient Engagement Coordinator

The primary role of this position is to assist in the coordination and management of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

As a Patient Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient relationships and ensuring their needs are met. This includes coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing scheduling and appointments, and communicating with patients via phone and email.
