Medical Frontline Professional

The primary role of a Medical Frontline Professional is to act as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage incoming calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications
