Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and friendly patient service coordinator to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls, coordinating appointments and responding to first-line inquiries with warmth and clarity.
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, ensuring patients are supported with timely responses.
  • Respond to inbound email inquiries, including appointment requests and general questions.
  • Make, modify, and confirm patient bookings across multiple practitioners.
  • Monitor inboxes and communication channels to ensure timely responses and prioritization of urgent queries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in patient management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
