Senior Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive offsite traffic and increase ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization suggestions to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and feature rollouts
  • Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance
  • Build dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or agency settings
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and results
