This is an exciting opportunity to develop and optimize sales content that drives engagement, enhances customer journeys, and accelerates sales cycles. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create persuasive materials.

  • Develop, edit, and maintain sales content such as proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with the sales team.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to support sales initiatives, ensuring high standards of graphic quality and presentation.
  • Create customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities include supporting the continuous improvement of the sales content library, analyzing performance through feedback and data insights, and recommending improvements.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
