Job Opportunity: Ecommerce Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the role of Ecommerce Growth Manager. This position requires a strong understanding of ecommerce growth strategies and the ability to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients, and representing our approach to media acquisition and its tools. They will also be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, building trust and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-leverage skills and deliver quality work on time
  • Align with the team and manage and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist)
  • Maintain data integrity across Statlas and execute Prophet system for clients
  • Build Growth Forecasts, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs, implement tests, and contribute to strategic plans

Benefits:
  • Salary progression: $64,000-$76,000 (1st year), $100,000-$120,000 (2nd year)
