About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-funded Fintech startup that has a global impact. As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to solve complex customer problems, uphold high customer satisfaction, and leave our customers delighted.

  • You will take full ownership of customer feedback and general inquiries.
  • Help drive positive change throughout the business by identifying and solving customer issues and proposing next-level process improvements.

In this role, you will respond to complex customer queries via email or Zendesk, ranging from questions about our analysis model to issues with a user's portfolio, bugs, and issues on the website or mobile app, general questions around the platform, subscription plan inquiries, account settings, feature requests, and analyzing common customer issues.
