As a seasoned professional, you will champion enterprise customers and drive quantifiable value through our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer success plans, reviewing them on a regular basis.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their progress and provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with sales, services, and partners to ensure the success of Dayforce opportunities within the customer base.
  • Apply strong commercial and technical acumen combined with passion for building executive-level customer relationships.
  • Grow revenue from existing customers by recommending value-added services and participating in sales performance incentive programs.
  • Maximize growth potential and improve retention rates through account and territory planning.
  • Maintain operational excellence in managing and maintaining up-to-date customer contracts and renewals.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of customer success in SaaS, HR tech, or Payroll industries.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business internally and externally.
  • Executive presence, confidence, and credibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Salesforce CRM, or similar tools.
