Product Innovation Manager

Improve our supplement products by focusing on taste, packaging and customer experience.

As a Product Innovation Manager, you will gather and analyze customer feedback to drive meaningful changes in product offerings. You will work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product formulation and packaging.

The ideal candidate will leverage survey data and customer insights to develop strategies that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback from surveys and direct calls
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product formulations and packaging
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop data-driven decision making processes to measure the success of product improvements
Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic individual who can drive product innovation through customer insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health and wellness industry
  • Proven track record of improving product taste, formulation and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and survey methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.)
