The Role

Our Sales Support team requires a Pricing Associate to support price exceptions and sales concerns. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality service to maintain our commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor mailboxes for price exceptions requests and complete tasks within defined processes.
  • Evaluate exceptions as needed with Commercial Managers and higher management.
  • Send contracts to customers using CRM systems.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Understand local market conditions through centre feedback.
  • Support a 24/6 operation and be flexible with shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract administrator.
  • Fixed-term employment contract required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask, and show initiative.
  • Strong and independent team player.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
