We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High speed internet connection
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior work-from-home experience
