Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide high-quality technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients across various industries.

This is a remote role that requires strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. You will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and support procedures. If you have previous call center experience, work-from-home experience, and a strong command of the English language, we encourage you to apply.
