Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will provide expert assistance to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining consistent ticket quality and achieving agreed-upon targets
  • Proactively supporting users of our products, ensuring problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • An understanding of multiple integration paths
  • In-depth knowledge of expert areas, including configuration, features, bugs, and known issues
