
Drive Customer Growth as a Business Development Specialist

In this customer success position, you will drive business growth by collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop your skills in a supportive work environment that fosters innovation and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication via phone calls.
- Utilize influencing skills to schedule appointments for the customer success team.
- Manage pipelines across multiple channels (phone and email) and track progress using CRM tools.
- Maintain high performance levels by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outbound calls, emails, contact rates, and scheduled meetings.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- BPO or contact center experience with a proven track record of quota achievement.
- Exceptional professional communication skills via phone and email with diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and business development processes.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
