Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Business Growth Manager. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, with a strong understanding of the ecommerce/logistics industry.

This is a senior-level position that requires excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and self-motivation. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential customers and markets to generate leads
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals to bring in new customers
  • Onboard new customers and provide product or service training
  • Serve as clients' trusted advisor and develop customer success plans
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and advocacy
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, account management, or customer success roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
