We are seeking a senior business development professional to drive growth and expansion in our company.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.

Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives; identify target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services.
Prospect and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; serve as primary contact for prospective clients.
Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities; prepare regular reports on sales pipeline and revenue forecasts for senior management.
5-8 years of experience in business development or related roles.
Excellent knowledge of the German market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
