We are seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients in the B2B sector.
- Conduct market research to identify prospects, industries, and areas for expansion.
- Engage in outreach activities such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Promote proposals and presentations to prospective clients, aligning strategies with internal teams for a seamless sales process.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting.
- Proven experience in Business Development or a related sales-focused role.
- A solid background in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Expertise in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is highly valued.
- Experience working with North American clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is beneficial.
