Key Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer real-time IT assistance to restaurant staff during business hours
  • Utilize remote tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain and update POS menus, item settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms
  • Identify and resolve issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity, and online reservation systems
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and platform support teams
  • Document support cases and maintain an internal knowledge base of common issues and solutions
Prior Qualifications:
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms
  • Proficiency with remote support tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
