Gather information from customers, provide continued support and success after implementing our payroll product. Ensure accuracy and resolve customer tickets efficiently.
- Address customer issues with professionalism and care.
- Escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries related to the Employment Hero platform.
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide best practice system use and education.
- Analyse product functionality and test for user error/system logic.
- Conduct/triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team.
- Evaluate and escalate issues related to bugs or product concerns.
- Work with customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to understand their organisational workflow.
- Maintain records and ticket investigations using internal tools.
- 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Relevant Australian payroll experience.
- Prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a thorough approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills.
