Job Title: Customer Support Professional

Gather information from customers, provide continued support and success after implementing our payroll product. Ensure accuracy and resolve customer tickets efficiently.

  • Address customer issues with professionalism and care.
  • Escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to and resolve customer queries related to the Employment Hero platform.
  2. Collaborate with the wider team to provide best practice system use and education.
  3. Analyse product functionality and test for user error/system logic.
  4. Conduct/triage customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team.
  5. Evaluate and escalate issues related to bugs or product concerns.
  6. Work with customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to understand their organisational workflow.
  7. Maintain records and ticket investigations using internal tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Relevant Australian payroll experience.
  • Prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a thorough approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills.
