Job Role: Operations Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial, HR, and administrative functions.
  • Support banking & credit card administration, accounts payable & bill pay, payroll, bookkeeping, tax compliance, people operations, and general operations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in administrative, finance, or operations support roles, is highly dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Banking & Credit Card Administration: Initiate and track payments, reconcile credit card transactions, manage expense reimbursements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  2. Accounts Payable & Bill Pay: Own day-to-day management of Bill.com, communicate directly with vendors, track aging payables, and flag overdue items.
  3. Payroll: Run biweekly payroll, ensure timely and accurate payment, manage bonuses, commissions, and contractor disbursements.
  4. Bookkeeping & Financial Admin: Enter and categorize transactions, assist with monthly close tasks, and support cross-system reconciliation.
  5. Tax Compliance: File sales tax returns accurately and on time, coordinate with the CPA to support sales tax compliance.
  6. People Ops & Onboarding: Set up new employee and contractor accounts, prepare and maintain onboarding materials.
  7. General Operations & Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, vendor calls, and other logistics, maintain organized shared drives and documentation systems.
